How can I track the status of my order?: You will receive an email confirmation with every completed order. Sign in to your account and review the complete order history of all of your REPORT orders.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?: Yes. Purchases may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if accompanied with the original sales receipt.
ALL ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns within 30 days of purchase without original sales receipt may be exchanged for a value of current price. All returns, whether a refund exchange, must be unworn and in there original packaging. The return policy is based on REPORT’s terms and condition.

Can I cancel my order?: Yes, if done within 6 hours of the order being placed. If the cancelation falls outside of the allotted timeframe, simply ship the package back to REPORT Footwear using the pre-paid shipping label provided for you.
How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?: The estimated shipping cost of each order will be automatically calculated prior to completing your order according to your zip code.
What methods of payment do you accept?: REPORT Footwear accepts all credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address.
How do I use my gift card online?: Unfortunately, gift cards aren’t able to be processed for online orders at this time, but stayed tuned.
How do I change my e-mail address?: To make any changes to your information, log on to My Account using your current password and make the changes accordingly.
