How can I track my order?

You can set-up a free account on reportshoes.com and track your package through our site. You will also receive an email with a UPS tracking number and e-mail confirmations when your package has been shipped from our warehouse and delivered by UPS

How can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for full refund, less a $6.95 re-stocking fee. Please refer to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ for details.

Shipping Procedures?

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped, including a UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by setting up a free account on www.reportshoes.com during the time of checkout.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Orders including items shipped from the same location are grouped together. Refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order shipment(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping is 3-7 days and is included free with purchase.
Expedited shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart according to shipping destination and whether you are choosing
Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day UPS service.
*Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship out the following business day.

Delivering your Package?

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Can I place an International order?

Unfortunately, we do not process international orders at this time.

What days do you ship?

We ship 5 days a week M-F, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship out the following business day.

What are your customer service hours?

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.

Returns/Exchanges?

We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of order date. Refunds are issued in the original method of payment for full purchase price, less a $6.95 restocking fee. This fee is subtracted from your original payment to cover restocking and postage back to our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: All Sale items are final sale purchases and may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different style, color or size, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired new style, color or size.
